If you're looking for boots, you'll likely be better off sticking with the dragon. There are other boots that are better, named "ragefire" I'm thinking, but I don't think you want to spend your bank on them. For gloves, you can either borrow gloves from RFD or potentially giant gloves made from the dominion Tower.

Goliaths require you to have played a variety of quests and plenty of arcade-style fighting in a tower full of bosses in quest. Something you might pick up when you've caught up on your quests in general, I'd say. Many sals recommend that fury is a necessity, but glory is almost just as good.
