After Jon Gruden's resignation from The Raiders, EA SPORTS announced that he will be dropped of Madden 22. Following the former coach's homophobic, racist and sexist emails were leaked and the team decided to remove him in order to promote "inclusion and fairness."
Over the last few days the NFL's news media has been inundated with emails from Jon Gruden's leaks. In the Las Vegas Raiders season 3 2 game, Jon Gruden, the coach who was also a media host quit because the former coach "didn't want to get disoriented."
The emails were discovered in investigations into Washington Football Team, and Gruden's correspondence goes back to his days as an ESPN media persona.
In response to the circumstances that led to his resignation, EA SPORTS has decided to eliminate him from Madden 22 completely. Instead the game will replace him by a "general like".

In a tweet posted on 13 October EA stated the company was "committed to take action to ensure a culture of respect and inclusion."
Additionally, "due to the circumstances of Jon Gruden's resignation, we're taking steps to expel Jon Gruden out of Madden NFL 22." In this context they are the diverse discriminatory languages used in the work of Gruden within the 650,000 electronic mails he examined.
Although the change won't be announced for several months, this announcement quickly follows the news of Gruden's resignation on the 11th. Many are wondering what the reason is for the interim head coach Rich Bisaccia will not be substituted, but EA hasn't yet revealed additional details.
