The NBA 2K League is an esports contest

NBA 2K22's AI-based game strategy algorithm can make things difficult. While playing 2K22 and making threes with Luka, the computer started to double team Luka. If you increase the gameplay setting the AI becomes harder to beat.

For the second year in a row, NBA 2K added all 30 teams' public addresses announcers' voice to the game. It's great to hear Mavericks public address announcer Sean Heath during the gameplay. Fans will feel like they're at the American Airlines Center watching the Mavericks take on the Mavericks.

MyCareer mode has definitively changed the narrative from last year's game. The players have three options to start their careers. They could go to college, join the G League, or jump straight in the NBA draft. I chose to go with the G League route because I was curious to see if it would let me pick from any in the G League franchises. However, you are sent to the G League Ignite team by default.

I'm not surprised that they have decided to use the City as the main hub for career mode this year given the negative feedback NBA 2K got from players last year. Maybe, they were unable to come to a better concept for the hub this year , so they have decided to utilize the City once again.

Fans can continue to go to the various stores and buy apparel for their favorite players. The company has added new brands of clothing this season so be sure to check for when they release the new items. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to access this game mode due to some problem with the PS5 version and therefore I'm not able to discuss in depth what's new in this game mode.
