Being at a high level on the meters is what drives me to log on every day but just playing like that also completely interferes with other aspects of the game you spend every hour playing GDK Farming gopher runs, or P-runs getting ready to split the runs in order to increase your chances of obtaining loot that your main Raiders will get. it's all just so tedious.
