Activate the Midra’s Manse Grace:

Once inside the Manse, make your way upstairs to activate the Manse Hall Site of Grace.
After that, head through the hallway to find a Horned Warrior in a narrow space. Defeat this warrior to proceed.
Find the Library:

Continue through the dungeon, and you’ll eventually come to Midra's Library. This is where the next critical steps occur.
Climb the Rafters:

At the library, go to the rafters above the main room. The beams here can be tricky to navigate because falling will lead to death.
Carefully walk across the beams and at the far end of the rafters, you will find an item hanging from one of the beams.

Climb the Stairs:

Ascend the stairs carefully. At the top, you’ll find the Manse Hall Site of Grace waiting for you. Activating this grace will set your respawn point here, and it’s an excellent opportunity to heal up and restore your resources.
Activate the Grace:

As soon as you reach the top, interact with the glowing Site of Grace to activate it. This will give you a safe haven for healing, and it will be your respawn point in case of death.
Once you’ve activated the Manse Hall Site of Grace, you’re ready to continue exploring Midra’s Manse. The area ahead will present more challenges, but this grace will help you progress safely.
