As far as modern PCB manufacturing technology is concerned, electronic products are advancing at a very fast pace and it has a great impact on our daily life. Human habits of using electronic products are changing. A PCB is usually usually a green piece of component that can be rigid, flexible, rigid-flexible with various electronic components on it. The inner PCB substrate and electronic components are insulated with a solder resist layer and held together with epoxy resin. In addition to our common green boards, there are a large number of other colors of solder resist layers: red yellow, purple, etc. The function of the circuit solder resist layer is to block the components from the tracks to avoid a short circuit in the circuit board or a short circuit in the components.

The role of PCB copper traces is to transfer the signals of electronic products from the left side of the board to the right side of the role. Common mistakes made by non-standard PCB assembly manufacturers include: wrong placement of SMD components, scratches on the bare PCB, and no electrostatic treatment.
