Chaos Perks Make or Break My Rogue Build in Season 10

Season 10 introduced something called Chaos Perks, and at first, I honestly didn’t think they’d have much impact on my Rogue build. I was wrong. These perks can either take your Twisting Blades Rogue to the next level or completely mess up your rhythm — depending on how you use them.

One of the perks I’ve been experimenting with is Enervated Strikes. It gives your Rogue a 50-100% chance to cast Twisting Blades twice. Sounds amazing, right? And it is — but the catch is you stop passively regenerating Energy. That’s a huge tradeoff. It means you have to rely more on active movement and skill use to keep your Energy up, or you’ll burn out mid-fight.

Another Chaos Perk I’ve been running is Hit and Run, which gives you up to 50% more damage after you’ve moved 15 meters, but if you stop moving, you suffer a 30% damage penalty. This forces you to stay on the move — which actually fits well with the Twisting Blades Rogue, since Dash is already a key part of the playstyle.

These perks sound risky, and they are. But if you can manage them properly, they make your build explode with potential. It pushes you to play aggressively and keeps you constantly repositioning. In my experience, it adds a whole new layer of depth to the Rogue gameplay.

Just a warning though — if you prefer more relaxed, stationary builds, these Chaos Perks might not be for you. But if you're like me and love a fast-paced challenge, they turn an already strong build into something that feels truly powerful.
