I believe that we have various ways
Here's what I'm going be saying. Here we are and we are getting ready for our Diablo League Finals which was developed in conjunction with some of the folks at Activision Blizzard, and the determination they've got is the same need we feel for our games, which is to get our games be played, seen, and used by millions of players across the globe.
I believe that we have various ways to think about how to accomplish the same goal, however, our goals are very similar and very aligned with them. The issue from a fans point of view is, if an eventual point when it becomes apparent that Diablo League won't be able to sustain this level of excitement it needs Does Activision abruptly shift gears to "Well we're going to do the next thing,"
This is where the clash of ideologies may occur, when it's like,"Well, we work in a manner that it's possible that you will not see another Diablo for the next 10-years." Are you still stuck in a situation where you make the decisions on your gamesand don't be told how to produce these games, or be pressured to make these games in a specific way in order to meet customer demands.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. I think that's the way that Blizzard has always worked. this bottom-up approach to the kind of games we'd like to make and progress towards are and that's what's most important. This is so fundamental and deeply embedded in the DNA of Blizzard, I don't know what other way Blizzard has been successful in any other way.
You know, I'm thinking the fact that a developer was appointed to lead the business following Mike And I think the fact that we elevated Ray Gresko to be the chief development officer is a testament to not just the things that Blizzard principles are but it is also an evidence to us that Activision Blizzard understands what's important to Blizzard.
