EA Sports' "Madden" ratings aren't always the most welcoming, particularly for newcomers.EA released "Madden 22" on August. 20. Players who were first year students were challenged to guess their first scores. It's not surprising that rookies are surprised- and a little disappointed -- by their debut figures.
Take Patriots first-round pick quarterback Mac Jones, for instance. When the team was asked to look at his mark in "Break Tackling" the Alabama player claimed a score of 52 "would be amazing." It could be, especially considering his current rating as a 26.
"Oh my God!" he said, laughing. "No way, you're trolling me. How many tackles have I actually broken before." The speculations came from shifty Jets receiver Elijah Moore who figured his "Change of Direction" would be a 100-percent perfect score. The truth is that it wasn't but he was much further than the score of score of 93. Moore asked, "Who is higher than me?" "'Cause 93 kinda low, like. I'm really not sure there's nothing I can't do."
