According to a blog post in the NFL Retired Players United blog (as reported by GamePolitics) emails from NFLPA representatives revealed evidence that the union signed an arrangement with EA which cost Hall of Fame players royalty revenues.
The blog publishes an excerpt from an email to an attorney of the NFLPA's Players Inc. marketing arm that NFLPA Executive Clay Walker talks about securing certain rights of players at a lower price than the market value.
