If your goal in Battlefield 6 is simple – level up as fast as humanly possible – then there is one mode that blows all others out of the water: Breakthrough. After dozens of hours in the game and experimenting with every class, map, and strategy, nothing comes close to the XP potential that Breakthrough offers. Let me explain why this mode is such a goldmine and how you can take full advantage of it.

Breakthrough’s fundamental design funnels two teams into a sequence of well-defined objectives. Attackers push, defenders hold, and the result is predictable but incredibly intense chokepoints. These chokepoints are exactly why XP farming becomes so easy. When 40–60 players are fighting in a corridor, a bridge, a ruined hallway, or a narrow street, every action you take has immediate impact and instant XP attached.

For Support players, this mode is heaven. You can drop ammo packs and health kits in high-traffic spots and gain non-stop XP from teammates using them. Revives are endless because the fighting rarely stops, and you can cycle between healing, reviving, firing suppression shots, and maintaining a constant flow of support XP. I’ve had matches where, without focusing on kills at all, I earned more XP than Assault players with 50 kills.

Assault players also thrive here. Because objectives are always under pressure, there are more opportunities for objective XP, which stacks incredibly well with kill streaks. Pushing aggressively into capture zones gives you points for being present, dealing damage, and eliminating enemies who are contesting.

For Engineers, Breakthrough is full of vehicle vs. infantry clashes. Tanks and transports are constantly entering combat zones, meaning plenty of chances to repair friendly armour under fire or blast enemy tanks with rockets. Each destroyed vehicle is an XP jackpot, and in Breakthrough, vehicles die frequently.

Recon players can set up overwatch positions and farm spotting XP. Because enemy movement is predictable, spotting becomes effortless, either with the drone or with standard optics.

Maps like Manhattan Bridge and Siege of Cairo are particularly notorious XP farms. The former turns the entire match into a tug-of-war over a single bridge, while Cairo funnels fighters into narrow streets that practically guarantee constant downed teammates for Support players.

In summary, Breakthrough hands you everything needed to level fast: constant combat, predictable movement patterns, tight chokepoints, and non-stop action. If levelling is your priority, queue Breakthrough every time. You can learn more about it now at https://www.u4gm.com.
