U4GM FH6 Cars Guide: Series 2 Rewards to Claim

Forza Horizon 6 Series 2 is entering its last few days, but there's still enough time to make the remaining runs count. I've been checking the playlist between races, grabbing points where I can, and keeping an eye on the garage through FH6 Cars options when I'm short on a specific build. The JDM Customs update is close, so this is the moment to clear unfinished tasks rather than leave everything for the final evening.

Protect Your Garage Before You Chase Rewards

The cloud-save changes are probably the least exciting part of the update, yet they matter more than another cosmetic item. Players with huge garages have reported long sync times, failed uploads, and the usual panic when a save refuses to load properly. The new verification layer is meant to check larger save files more carefully on Xbox Series X|S and PC. It won't make anyone invincible against every technical problem, but it should reduce the chance of a bad sync wiping out recent progress.

Before launching, update the game and install the July 2026 console firmware if it's waiting in your settings. I'd also avoid quitting during a save icon, especially after buying cars, tuning several vehicles, or completing a long playlist event. Give the game a moment to finish. It sounds obvious, but plenty of lost progress stories start with someone closing the app in a hurry.

Use the Remaining Time Properly

There's no need to grind every activity if your only goal is the two headline cars. The Ito Region Treasure Hunt is a good place to start, since its clues point you toward useful playlist progress without forcing you into a full map sweep. Keep the clue wording in mind, check the likely area, and use a fast off-road car if the route sends you away from the main roads.

1. Finish the Treasure Hunt before spending time on low-value events.

2. Check the playlist menu after every completed challenge.

Two Cars Worth Locking In

The reward targets are the 2017 Mercedes-AMG GT R and the Saleen S7 LM. They suit different kinds of drivers, which is part of the appeal. The AMG feels planted and predictable when you're pushing through fast corners, while the Saleen has the sort of presence that makes a collection feel properly complete. Once Series 2 rolls over on Thursday, neither car should remain in the normal reward rotation. They may return later, but there's no reliable date for that.

Reward Best reason to claim it Series 2 status
2017 Mercedes-AMG GT R Strong road handling Leaving the current rotation
Saleen S7 LM Rare collection piece Leaving the current rotation

Don't Forget the Premium Compensation

Premium Edition players should open the Xbox dashboard and check the Offers & Credits section. The compensation package includes Credits and Super Wheelspins, released after the launch-week server trouble. It's easy to miss because it wasn't presented like a major festival reward. Claim it before the reset, then make sure the Credits actually arrive in-game. A few Wheelspins might not sound important, but they can cover tyres, upgrades, or the first round of JDM parts.

1. Open Offers & Credits from the Xbox dashboard.

2. Redeem the package before Series 2 expires.

Get Ready for JDM Customs

Series 3 looks built for players who spend as much time tuning as racing. Expanded highway drift areas, stronger night visuals, and more Japanese tuner cars should give the next festival a different rhythm. Start saving Credits now, especially if you like testing several setups instead of copying one popular tune. A drift car can swallow money quickly once you begin changing suspension, tyres, gearing, and power delivery. I'd keep one reliable road car untouched too, since early seasonal events often mix disciplines.

That leaves a simple checklist: finish the Treasure Hunt, secure both reward cars, claim the compensation, and let the cloud save complete before closing the game. The update window is short, and rare vehicles usually become awkward to find once the community moves on. If you're filling gaps before JDM Customs, buy FH6 Cars only from a source you trust, then spend the last hours of Series 2 enjoying the roads rather than rushing through them.
Series 2 is almost done, so now's a good time to finish the playlist, check your cloud save, and make room for JDM Customs. Need a quicker garage upgrade? U4GM at u4gm.com gives FH6 players an easy place to browse cars and plan the next build, whether you're chasing drift setups or fresh Japanese rides. Get ready for Series 3 and keep the fun moving.
