If you are looking for a barrows set
The other is the one that is killing the 90's. 360's and 45's should be last. Try to eliminate the 22's as quick as possible cause they are draining prayer. The hardest waves are 53-60 which is the time when the 360/180/90 trio is out. What you need to do is find the 90 and go behind it, kill it, and then run around the 360 or either the dragon/italy rock, and then trap the 180 while killing the 360.
Once you've got to jad, brew/sup up to full stats , as well as a range pot, and activate range pray. If you are hit by him the first thing you need to do is to find out which attack is that he's going to do next, and be sure to only brew/sup/range prayer switches. When it comes to the healers, it is recommended that you are praying the eagle's eye/steel's skin and then either kill them or tank them one at a time. This option is more convenient as far as time wise but could be more hazardous. Have fun.
For stats , I'd recommend 85 Strength and Attack, and 80 Defense. You can go with lower stats but it's really not efficient getting slow kills/not too many kills during a single trip. It's nice to see Eadgars Ruse done, simply because it's a faster way to get to GWD. I'd also recommend having the Summoning level to at least have a War Tortoise that can store things.
I made an effort to preserve the armor to keep it from being too costly, for instance for example, a Divine Spirit Shield would be the ideal shield however, not everyone can afford it. Hope this helped, if you want an inventory just inquire. Usually , it's not that difficult to determine the right answer.
What barrow should I get guthans or torags? Both are reasonable for me. Also since i'm going for Barrows, when should I quit working towards a combat torso? Also , what should i do with my dragon's platelegs and rune platebody?
If you are looking for a barrows set, I'd recommend Veracs. The skirt and helm offer the strongest defenses for their respective positions (of the barrows armours) while the brassard is less durable than Torag's, Guthan's and Dharok's plates. The brassard, however, Verac's provides a good prayer bonus (unlike other barrows armours) and is a unique set.
You're aware that your already own Dragon Legs and you're aiming for a torso that can fight, therefore what I'd advise your to consider is keep them as your primary armor, but bring a Guthan's set with you to utilize its unique attack to heal.
In this way, your main armour set will be non-degradable and also offensively friendly (torso has a strength advantage, not unlike barrows). Also keep in mind that outside of Dharok's set and Verac's when it comes to certain scenarios the rest of Barrows set (including that weapon) are not useful.
