Chain lightning is not a good choice
The game's PvPvE. It's not PvEvPvP LOL. It sounds strange. However. If they can make their mobs "smarter" More people will be crying than just getting bullet sponge mobs. They're not as powerful. Many people don't know about the system of perks. This is partly due to the dry tips for tools and not a lot of information. Also, people are afraid of trying and dying to discover the answers. Perks are such a big an issue in this industry. It is imperative to be more transparent.
Rogues are too damaged to have a lot of damage modifiables
Design. Excellent conceptually. Implementation is a bit sloppy however, it is usable. Flat damage is not a good design for a game that has different attack speeds for spells and weapons. Wizards should start with dagger and orb as well as a crystal sword, not the staff.
Make hit regs fixable and more than one offensive spell work on wizards( I've done the mathand only one spell is feasible for PVE, magic missiles, and chain lightning in pvp. fireballs kill wizards faster than opponents.
Chain lightning is not a good choice against ranged enemies since it's range is limited, it is not a good choice for close-range melee opponents as it can kill you in one or two shots. Chain lightning has a small useful range, as well. The "skill" is directed at the corpse of a dead mob and then bouncing it off to enemies in the maximum distance.
Fireball is a huge hitbox as well as an aoe. The fireball in its own air is slow. I constantly swing my axe at wizards who are aiming fireballs to ensure that my HANDS are first hit, which reduces damage from 100 maximum theoretically base to around 25(burn not included). This makes the spell ineffective against good players when you have a heath pot or the base stats make you ineffective with 100 100% accuracy.
