We're hoping for EA to help affected players by distributing the Ones to Watch pre-order packs that were not functioning properly in the first place as well as giving you the chance to claim an actual OTW card.EA is expected to allow affected users to keep the Gold items they received from those Ones to Watch pre-order packs.

It's a good idea to decide to go through Your Ones to Watch pack now to see if you can pull one of the best bade Gold items, safe in the knowledge that EA will give you the option of a complimentary OTW player pack if the pack is not working properly.
