Plenty of players notice that empty slot on the GTA 5 character wheel and assume Rockstar hid another story hero in there. It's an easy mistake to make. You hold Down on the D-pad, nudge the right stick toward Michael, Franklin, or Trevor, and there it is at the bottom, looking like it should do something.
